1. Create an account

   Continue to secure sign-in and choose the account creation option.

2. Get workspace access

   Ask an administrator to approve the email used for your account.

3. Recover your account

   Use password recovery on the secure sign-in screen. For a connected Google, Microsoft, or Apple account, use that provider’s recovery process.

Account creation, verification, and password recovery are handled by the sign-in provider.
